Mandatory Experience: Functional knowledge of Solid Edge,  Solid Work, Auto Cad, Any 3D Software. Capable to solve problems, ability to make Engineering drawings and calculations

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Responsible for overall department and lead the team in projects
> Ensure that all project timeline should be inline with current Three month rolling plan. 
> Accurate P&ID  drawing of all commercial orders received
> Ensure Design execution as per cardinal dates with respect to committed delivery dates
> Ensure drawings are as per standards laid down in Taylor II
> Regular review of design based on feedback of Production, Site Engineer and client and   implement them in Taylor II standard drawings 
> On time  delivery of correct drawings  as per drawing log to Planning and Production, and Sorting technical issues during job execution
> Ensuring as built drawings of job on completion of client FAT and the changes required at site as per the report of CRM department
> Utilization of Non Moving items during BOM preparation.

Understand the job during kickoff / as explained by design manager.
> Correct and on time execution of GA and P & ID drawing of all commercial orders received by organisation
> Ensure Design execution as per cardinal dates with respect to committed delivery dates 
> Regular review of design based on feedback of Production, Site Engineer and client and implement them in Taylor II standard drawings
> Standardize the drawings to avoid repetitive works.
> Suggest solutions and/or alternatives to resolve customer concerns.
> Introduce new alternatives, ideas in design as well as in manufacturing process to optimise it. 
> Standardize parts.
> Technology transfer in case of German products

> Ensure drawings are as per standards laid down in Taylor II
> Maintaining revision number of drawings in order to tally with production with proper log.
> Checking of G A drawing to do detailing drawings
> On time  delivery of correct drawings  as per drawing log to Planning and Production, and Sorting technical issues during job execution
> Ensure the security of data
> Execute DQ.(Check+Align)
> Ensure proper detail drawing is prepared based on drawing Log timeline.
> Ensure accuracy of detail drawings.
> Assist purchase dept. in finalization of technical specification of materials.
