Job description
As a Design Methodology Engineer you will be the interface between our Design Community and the methodology development area:
In your new role you will also:

Be the user support for in-house software solutions
-
Train users on development methodology and tooling related to Requirements Engineering and Management system
-
Be the interface between user community representatives, methodology development and IT
-
Develop and maintain a tight relationship with different stakeholders in various locations
-
Brainstorm on possible solutions and work arounds on specific needs;
-
Connect people with similar challenges
-
Support integration of development environments
-
Design solutions for requirements traceability and coverage analysis
-
Support deployments of tooling on Requirements Engineering and related solutions
-
Communicate releases and new features to the R&D Department

You are fully committed to making product development processes more efficient without making compromise on quality. You are open-minded and courageous to try new ideas and yet have a high practical sense in proposing new solutions, which you communicate in a clear and effective way. You have knowledge from multiple disciplines and are permanently connected to the latest technology developments.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field

At least 1 year of experience in R&D

Programming background – experience with Databases, APIs, reporting engines, UX (would be a plus);

Very good command of English
-
A collaborative style and teamwork orientation;

Great communication skills and ability to moderate various stakeholders from different business lines;
