Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of retail park projects—from land acquisition, design, and permitting to construction and delivery.
• Market & Site Analysis: Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities that align with company strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with local authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and legally.
• Budget & Timeline Control: Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with zoning, environmental, and construction regulations in Romania.
• Ethical Leadership: Promote transparency, fairness, and accountability throughout all development processes.
• Reporting: Deliver clear and timely project updates to senior leadership.

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate development, preferably with exposure to retail/commercial assets.
• Deep understanding of the Romanian market, including zoning and permitting processes.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• High ethical standards and a loyal, integrity-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
