Major tasks:

1. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
2. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
3. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits;
4. Develop team members by giving feedbacks regularly, manage competence and responsibility matrix;
5. Provide task synchronization between developers;
6. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status;
7. Facilitate backlog planning sessions, map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer;
2. Prior experience in a technical leadership position;
3. College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
4. References in Cloud development, Web applications;
5. Experience with AWS, Azure platforms;
6. Deep technical expertise of C#/java/SQL backend and Angular frontend;
7. Self-confident, independent personality;
8. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills;
1. Ability of enforcing deadlines, processes and discipline;
10. Social competence, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
