Job Description
Our client helps organizations detect, assess, and cut the conflicting access rights and unnecessary high privileges of employees, by making the access risk visible, measurable, and manageable to companies at enterprise level through their unique software.
Major tasks:
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits;
- Develop team members by giving feedbacks regularly, manage competence and responsibility matrix;
- Provide task synchronization between developers;
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status;
- Facilitate backlog planning sessions, map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer;
- Prior experience in a technical leadership position;
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
- References in Cloud development, Web applications;
- Experience with AWS, Azure platforms;
- Deep technical expertise of C#/java/SQL backend and Angular frontend;
- Self-confident, independent personality;
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Ability of enforcing deadlines, processes and discipline;
- Social competence, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
