The role:

• Automating the Build and Delivery of software using CI/CD tools
• Automating infrastructure provisioning in cloud environments
• Building tools to automate the creation of Infrastructure as Code or Pipeline as Code templates
• Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure resources hosted in cloud environments
• Implement automation, effective monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
• Develop, deploy, manage, and maintain CI/CD processes, code, agents, and pipelines for different types of application and automate as many processes as possible
• Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies, in an Agile environment to support individuals on proper DevOps practices
• Iterate on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments
• Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team
• Support development teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery organizations
• Manage Linux environments, familiar with command line

Requirements: - DevOps Engineer

• 3+ years on a DevOps Engineer role or similar
• Scripting Languages (Bash, Perl, Python or PowerShell)
• Infrastructure as Code
  • CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform or similar
• Configuration management
  • Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar
• Version Control Tools
  • Git, GitHub, Azure Repos
• Virtualization, Containerization and Container Orchestration
  • Hyper-V or VMWare or similar
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
• CI/CD implementation
  • Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Jenkins, CircleCI or similar
• Experience in working in a cloud solution Microsoft Azure
• Operations
  • Good understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Backup strategies
  • Very good understanding of the production deployment and maintenance process
  • Able to learn and troubleshoot development and production environments
