Responsibilities

• Integration, build and release management for Daimler customer projects
• Perform weekly/daily deliveries to the project
• Setup and maintain continuous integration servers;
• Maintaining software repositories within a global development team
• Manage continuous builds and communicate build problems to development teams in order to get bug fixes for build problems.
• Create and maintain integration tests - especially interface tests.
• Development, maintenance, and execution of manual and automated tests.
• Execute memory and performance tests.
• Create problem reports and verify fixes for known defects.
• Create integration and test reports.
• Act according to the standards of the Automotive industry and in-car applications.

Skills

Must have

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other similar specialization
• Very good knowledge in terms of Software Integration methodologies.
• Experience working with Version Control Systems (Git is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Gerrit Workflow.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins is a plus).

Nice to have

• Minimum 3 years experience in Software Integration (Automotive or similar area).
• User-level Linux knowledge.
• Knowledge of a scripting/programing language (Python is a plus).
• Experience working with embedded systems.
