Our client is a German Automotive ventire leading the way in mobile transmission and reception solutions. Thei passion lies in creating top-notch antennas, tuners, infotainment and telematics systems, ensuring seamless communication, especially within vehicles.

They are building a R&D team in Budapest/Hungary for which DevOps engineers needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Supporting our embedded SW development processes by providing a state of the art DevOps tool chain
2. Maintenance of our existing so????ware development tool chain including identification and installation of new SW releases
3. Monitor development tools and environment and resolve issues in all environments
4. Definition/development of interface functions between DevOps tools and ALM/PLM tools
5. Adaption of tools to meet specific project requirements (agile methodologies and Automotive Spice compliance)
6. Responsible for Configuration Management, its long term use strategy and represent its solution in assessments
7. Research and investigate off the shelf tools that support (CI/CD) automaton and validation
8. Migration of existing tools solutions
9. Conduct training of new users

Expectations (ideal skills):

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar
2. At least 3 years of solid working experience in So????ware Development or Configuration management/ DevOps
3. Experience in automotive environment and agile so????ware development lifecycle
4. Administration and Monitoring of Windows and Linux Servers
5. Experience virtualization (VMware, Docker)
6. Experience with CI/CD Tools (GitLab, BitBucket, TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar)
7. Experience with Web-based application in combination with Apache, mySQL or similar
8. Source Code Management tools (Git, Subversion)
9. Script languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Powershell, etc.)
10. PlugIn programming (Java, or similar)
11. Very good written and spoken English skills
