They are in need of a DevOps engineer with (some or relvant) experience.in the following technologies: Linux, Networking, Scripting (Bash), monitoring

• Knowledge in the following technologies (or high willingness to learn and get experienced in them):
  • Linux
  • Networking
  • Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Infrastructure as a Code, Git
  • One of the following platforms - AWS (Amazon Web Service), Azure, Google Cloud
  • Hashicorp Packer, Ansible playbook
  • Automation tools (Azure devops)
  • Container technologies (Docker) 

Tasks for the DevOps engineer

In the first few weeks:

• Getting acquainted with the technological environment from DevOps aspects.
• Review the status of DevOps documentation.

In the first few months:

• Complete the missing parts of the DevOps related documentation.
• Execute the main task in the DevOps backlog.

After half a year and continuous tasks on longer term:

• Create and keep monitoring capabilities in DevOps context.
• Fulfill the expanding requirements of the growing development team.
