- · Acquiring new customers to grow Indian business in domestic markets (Grow Market Share %, Improve margin %). ·
- Responsible for Domestic sale growth. ·
- Responsible for AR, improving product margin, reducing selling costs (control). ·
- Recommending product positioning, pricing strategies for different sectors. ·
- Responsible for NPI – right from RFQ to delivery. · Long term, yearly, quarterly, monthly business planning & forecasting.
- Improving customer satisfaction, customer relationship management. ·
- Coordinate, set priorities for customers’ needs inside the organ with supply chain, plant. ·
- Identification of new business opportunities by conducting market scan, competition analysis.·
- Implements activities that generally impact the business, new business opportunities, future technology.
EXPERIENCE
· Relevant experience in Business Development, for > 20 years - Automotive Industry Experience, preferably in Aluminium die casting industry. Exposure to HMSI and export customers will an advantage.
AGE · 40 to 50
Qualification · BE/B tech – Mechanical
