Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Any Engineering + MBA (desirable) in Operation or Marketing.
- Ideal Candidate will be either working in Consultancy or consultant in 3PL organisation with analytical skills with MBA
Skills Required:
• Experience in consultancy / Solution Design in the field of logistics and supply chain
• Experience Warehousing & Store Line Feed/In-plant Management Solution Design
• Experience Transportation Solution Design
• Understanding of modelling tool such as Route optimisation / Network design / warehouse layout / Load Optimiser is desirable.
• Knowledge of Transportation and broader supply chain topics
• Knowledge of India transport industry / routes / regulatory framework, so that the same can be used while working our solution
• Strong Knowledge of the Logistics Business
• Advanced Computer Proficiency
• Decision Making & Problem Solving
• Know-how of process flow diagrams, time & motion studies
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Liaise with customers and Sales Lead to understand customer supply chain requirements
• Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives
• Collect and analyse data relating to logistics operations
• Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customers
• Utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modelling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options
• Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
• To discuss designed solutions with SD head & other stake holders and/or with Sales Lead & other stake holders of the respective Vertical before submission
• To support a continuous improvement activities for current operations
• To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements
