Reporting to: Sales Head
Key Skills & Competitiveness:
•Able to engage with client on supply chain priorities•Ability to think and re-imagine end to end supply chain of the customer•Understands business pain points and implications on supply chain•Keep up-to-date with industry changesResponsibilities:1. Support SAG on large solutions leadsPitch stage– Speak the language of customer, translate business requirement into logistics solutionsProposal stage- Articulate MLL value prop & explain how proposed solution will solve the business problemDrive revenue target from products - WMS, TMS, control tower etc.2. Drive solutioning with SD teamKick-off- Create solution framework, objective & approachSolutioning- Drive design thinking to recommend best in class solutionCreates a baseline design of what is required to win the business3. Enable sector & service line expertiseOwner of knowledge databases- Past MLL experience, competitive benchmarkingSector specific capability building- Support lead SAG on thinking, provide inputs on new solutions
