- Develop, execute, verify and implement methods, plans, toolsets and approaches that are appropriate and compliant to achieve digital solutions for assembly.
- Analyse customer requirements and define the associated technical solutions as input for proposals within assigned programs and develop proof of concepts
- Identify, analyse and resolve technical problems and apply/integrate solutions.
- Work with cross functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans by providing technical solutions
- Support and participate in technical and customer reviews, including formal gate reviews, including the creation and preparation of technical data and presentations as needed.
- Candidate must have extensive sales and operations experience, preferably in 3PL logistics - transportation & warehousing space., or Should have experience of heading PAN India sales of P & L size >100 Cr. P.A.
- Should be heading a large sales team.
- Extensive experience of managing supply chain / logistics function, preferably in a large company with Pan-India reach.
- Should have experience of heading supply chain / logistics of a B2B manufacturing company with turnover >500 Cr. P.A
