Job Description :

• The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager reports to the Head of Finance. Responsible for financial planning, annual operating plan, MIS, financial analysis and establishing governance and discipline around financial health of the company.
• To analyse data and understand the financial performance and position of the organisation in order to perform variance analysis and identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement.
• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
