Need DGM HR with experience and expertise in recruiting the following manpower for a reputed organization (Fast growing business conglomerate in eastern India -A Manufacturing Group of diverse portfolio) for West Bengal - Kharagpur/Kolkata.
- Roles pertaining to Accounts, Finance ,Company Secretary and other corporate/support roles.
- Roles pertaining to Manufacturing Operations
Position Reports to: GM HR/ President/ CEO
Location: Kharagpur, Kolkata/West Bengal
Age – DGM/ AGM – Max 35 years
Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
1. **Talent Acquisition:** - Recruit High energy, young, dynamic top talent from B- Towns - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. - Tie up with top international and national agencies for global recruitment
2. **Candidate Screening and Selection:** - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
3. **Interview Process Management:** - Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria. - Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers. - Coordinate and facilitate candidate assessments and testing, if applicable.
4. **Employer Branding:** - Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. - Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications: - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -
**Experience:** Must have worked as DGM/ AGM for atleast 3 years.
Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. - Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
