• To source, procure and deliver Warehousing Real Estate projects in the India Supply Chain Management (SCM) business activities, a major product; in accordance with the company strategy and local business environment to deliver target growth and revenues.

• Lead the supplier relationship management/contract management internal stake-holder engagement

• To ensure cost savings on the sourced material categories on a year-on-year basis as well as within budget

• To negotiate and structure contract deals such that the Total Cost of Operations of such material usage is optimized.

• Create strategic alliances for key products, lead effective cost negotiations and efficient delivery timelines for the largest and most strategically important projects.

• Build a strong network of developers/brokers/IPC in various geographies in order to ensure faster turnaround of sales enquiries. 

• Manage Material and Real Estate Procurement needs for all business verticals. 

• Engage with key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing requirement specifications based on value, quality, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment

• Ensure the Procurement is well within the cost estimates and Agreement construct 

• Make visits to vendor material manufacturing locations and warehouse sites and develop relations as required (pan-country travel involved).

• Provide recommendations on strategic alliances and innovative deal structuring. 

• Develop and ensure compliance with best procurement practices.
