Responsible for creating a well-designed Digital, CRM and Marketing analytics strategy with the aim to make smarter and more informed business decisions, and deliver outstanding Customer Relationships, Digital Engagement and ROI on digital marketing initiatives and projects for the group, its Operating Divisions and Operating Companies.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing a data rich, efficient and effective digital marketing infrastructure across the entire YHL organisation, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all aspects of digital marketing, lead generation and CRM to evaluate success and determine best practices.

Experience:

•             10+ years in in Digital Marketing, marketing analytics, market research experience using advanced analytics to drive business/marketing results, preferably 5 years in the UAE working for a large organisation.

•             Proven experience developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies.

•             Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI.

•             Extensive analytic experience in attribution, marketing mix modelling, identity resolution and other cross-media & creative measurement solutions/techniques.

•             Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

•             Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with teams across the organization
