For Heineken Italia, we are looking for a Digital & Technology Network & Security Engineer.

Job Purpose: reporting to Digital & Technology Service Delivery Manager Italy, the candidate will ensure the governance and delivery of the Network Infrastructure roadmap in line with Corporate guidelines and security policies

Key Accountabilities: 

•    Project management of new Network & Security initiatives and support for other team projects as needed
•    Manage the project portfolio including planning, resources, execution, to deliver qualitative cost-effective solutions
•    Ensure operational excellence and compliance with corporate standard, policies and governance
•    Ensure that security, performance, reliability meet the business needs and timing
•    Manage day-to-day operations of the services maintaining continuous availability (incidents/ /changes/release management)
•    Facilitate the team in conducting continuous improvement analysis’ on existing application architectures and identify architectural optimisation
•    Develop infrastructure technical design documents and standard operating procedures
•    Manage Network infrastructure Vendors (local & global), Inventory and service contract lifecycles
•    Ensure agreed Service Levels can be measured and reported and reports on issues or contract related topics, in line with the service level agreement (SLA) and the D&T standards and guidelines
•    Keep abreast of the technology trends and best practices and share them 

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
•    Fluent in English
•    At least 10 years' proven experience in Networking and security areas in structured and multinational business contexts
•    Good knowledge and understanding of network communication protocols and architectures, LAN/SDWAN, switch/router management, WI-FI, Performance Monitoring and Network Management Tools, Firewall and security solutions
•    Experience with industrial networking and IT/OT integration
•    Customer-oriented and problem solving attitude
•    Front runner in driving results, strategic & analytical thinking, strong in communications, able to connect to all types of stakeholders
•    Proactive in scouting and proposing digital innovations in line with our roadmap 
•    Ability to operate under stretched timelines and to prioritize, in a dynamic and international environment
•    Professional certification is a plus
