- Developing the Digital & Social Media strategy.
- Identifying the platforms to target and developing the short & long term plans.
- Identifying problems, opportunities within the existing framework and executing plans to develop these areas.
- Convert plans to actionable campaigns in accordance with the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal brand and sales teams to build an integrated digital and social media approach across the business.
- Research, identify and action new trends in the digital space for the benefit of the company.
- Manage & execute campaigns in digital & social media landscape.
- Generate and maintain content for all company platforms in use.
- Run Paid Digital Ads on Search & Display digital ad platforms o Create and schedule Email campaigns
- Manage company presence in social networking sites including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
- Monitor effective benchmarks to measure impacts.
- Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Monitor trends in online tools, trends and applications.
- Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Work with internal teams to develop content for the digital & social media.
- Hold regular sessions with cross functional teams to present learning from Social Media channels & brainstorm on future strategies.
- Coordinate and leverage content and social media activity across brands and suppliers for the benefit of the company.
- Explore other non-traditional means of online advertising eg. bloggers/ online ambassador programs to reach out to targeted consumer & customer groups.
- Learn about new trends in digital & social media space and explore opportunities on how we could adapt them to fit our business needs.
- Build partnerships with related companies to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our own strategies.
Desired Qualifications:- Graduate with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Knowledge of online ecosystem relevant to the beverage industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Experience with Paid Digital Ads on Search & Display digital ad platforms (Google/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Affiliates)
- Working knowledge of Email & CRM Tools like MailChimp/Klaviyo
- Knowledge of principles of SEO and google analytics
- Ability to coordinate and work with a cross functional team.
- Ability to analyse data from various social media channels and present the findings in a structured manner.
- Project management.
- Able to work autonomously and work through irregular hours depending on consumer trends.
