DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST

The ideal candidate should have:

- 3+ years of directly applicable experience business analyst in the digital environment

- Proven track record of always learning and growing

- Proactive attitude

- Remarkable spirit of generosity

MUST HAVE:

- Experience in the analysis and definition of complex data-flows and processes related to digital portals.

- Knowledge and attitude to data-driven anaylsis regarding digital business and strategy;

- Ability to communicate with business, UX and technical teams (all levels);

- Experience in working as part with Agile team;

- Good knowledge of service delivery management field

- Assist the Product Owner with Stakeholder communication and management;

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

- We look for a person with good written and verbal communication skills.

- Italian and English are the most used languages in the office and with our customers

- German & French languages represent a plus

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze, discuss and document business requirements for projects and products, and translating these into functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories and detailed test plans;

- Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience

- Interpret data-driven analysis in communication and business insights;

- Analyse data and processes concerning systems integration related to complex web applications;

- Coordinating integration and testing with business users;

- Anticipate and manage eventual problems, dependencies and risks
