Digital Content & CMS Specialist with German - Hybrid, Cluj

As a Digital Content & CMS Specialist, you will support our client in optimizing and managing their corporate website and digital presence. You will handle content updates, run daily CMS operations, and collaborate with market teams in 40+ countries to ensure a consistent, high‑quality digital experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Content updates & publishing: Create and publish web copy, metadata, and keywords according to brand guidelines

• CMS operations (AEM): Manage daily tasks in Adobe Experience Manager: publishing, updates, testing, troubleshooting, and change requests

• Localization support: Coordinate with 40+ markets to implement localized content and ensure brand‑aligned adaptations

• Project support: Contribute to content migrations, localization projects, and feature releases with Communications, IT, and Marketing

• Performance monitoring: Track traffic, engagement, and SEO/GEO rankings; identify issues and document results

• Continuous improvement: Explore new AI tools, test emerging solutions, and share insights to enhance digital content workflows

What You Bring

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Relevant experience in digital content or web management

• Strong skills in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS; basic HTML/CSS and responsive design knowledge

• Experience with analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), SEO tools (Semrush), and A/B testing

• Interest in AI‑powered content tools

• A proactive, structured working style and strong communication skills

• Excellent German and English skills
