- Title / Designation: Digital Content Specialist
- Reporting Manager: Senior Content Marketer
- Location: Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Role & responsibilities:
- Create B2B artefacts and marketing collateral such as customer case studies, eBooks,playbooks, datasheets, product documents and script for new-age high consumption content: webinars, events, podcasts, demo videos, etc.
- Manage the overall social media marketing strategy with the aim of increasing traffic, engagement, and leads that result in sales and customer retention.
- Work with management and architecture team to establish best practices and ensure compliance.
Candidate requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B enterprise SaaS space.
- Familiarity with content management, analysis, and collaboration tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Buzzsumo, Google Trends, Wordpress, Notion and with SEO best practices.
- Good understanding of various content formats and key content marketing techniques.
