Role & responsibilities:
The role-holder will be a key leader in the strategic Digital Engineering practice of the company, which has been scaling up rapidly over the past 2 years and positioned as a foremost growth lever of the company for the next several years. The practice has already ramped up to > 3.5 thousand Associates globally, growing both organically, with c. 30% YoY growth and inorganically, being the theme of 2 of the 3 recent acquisitions. The BU boasts of a clientele comprising Fortune 500 companies, including the biggest names in Manufacturing, BFS, Insurance and CMT (Communications, Media, and Technology) verticals
- As a regional champion for the BU in the Americas geography, play a key end-to-end role for the growth roadmap of the DE Practice / BU, doing the following:
- Working closely with product vendors, solutions partners and alliances, understanding their offerings, helping with the joint GTM (go-to-market) activities and, possibly, act as their ideation sounding board and overall, maintaining a mutual value-driven relationship
- Helping build sales & marketing collaterals, positioning artefacts / deliverables and campaign promotions through E-mails, events, virtual conferences and suchlike
- Initiating door-opener conversations with multiple stakeholders in client and prospect organisations, around CX, DX, UI/UX and such other omnichannel experience engineering – powered by data & analytics / intelligent insights and automation – leveraging frameworks, tools, and technologies like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Magento, Liferay, Drupal, React, Vue, Angular, AR/VR/MR/XR, personalized 5G D2C (direct-to-consumer) intelligent content streaming solutions, IoT, ETL & integration solutions, workflow automation (especially with low code / no code solutions), image processing, etc.
- Consulting with clients and prospects, doing as-is landscaping and to-be blueprint roadmaps
- Crafting solutions, doing PoCs / prototypes / pilots to win projects / assignments
- Steering both proactive solutioning with brand new prospects and farming / mining type business expansion with current clients.
- Contributing to building IP (Intellectual Property) with demonstrably differentiated solutions and solutions accelerators, leveraging in-house and partner offerings, capabilities and competencies
- Solutioning for and building digital products & applications for clients
- For use cases around web & mobile-driven CX / DX / UX, powered by intuitive UI (especially on top of legacy core applications), integration with Email, IoT, Data, etc.
- Steering / leading large & strategic deals, tailored to domain, function and other vertical-specific and client-specific contexts
Candidate requirements:
- Up to 20 years’ experience, with about 10 years’ latest experience in two or more of Experience, Digital Integration, Automation, Commerce, Customer lifecycle management, covering frameworks, tools, and technologies like:
- AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Magento
- Liferay
- Drupal
- React
- Vue
- Angular
- AR/VR/MR/XR
- Personalized 5G D2C (direct-to-consumer) intelligent content streaming solutions,
- IoT
- ETL & integration solutions
- Workflow automation (especially with low code / no code solution frameworks)
- Image processing
- Etc.
- Should be hands-on technical – at an architecture level – with good knowledge of functional / use cases in one of the 3 relevant verticals (Manufacturing, BFSI and CMT (Communications, Media and Technology))
- Should have helped current and previous employers win large CX / DX engagements
- Should be willing to travel on business, as needs arise (just about 5 days a month)
- Ideally, should have led multiple $ 5 to 10 million TCV deal wins, with the CX / DX component of the solution alone being 1 to 5 million
- Relevant certification(s) are highly preferable
- Goal-orientation, progressive growth zeal and top-notch verbal and written business content-creation, communication and presentation skills business
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, working with internal and external stakeholders, across various horizontal, vertical and other teams
