Your core activities
 Development of cross-program, cross-country and cross-departmental
communication & organizational change strategies, campaigns & execution
 Create, maintain, and improve digital “drive” within core organization
 Support digital projects as communication & change expert
 Find ways to promote our digital transformation internally & externally
 Prepare & organize trainings & presentations for users (online and face-to-face
seminars)
 Identify, transform & present digital content relevant for our organization
 Think out of the box & use latest technologies for mentioned activities
 Be the “glue” for digital project teams

Your profile:
 2+ years' experience defining and implementing organization change strategies
 Young, ambitious & reliable personality
 Interested in learning on the job
 People “connector”
 Friendly demeanour, independent way of working, ability to work in a team and
service orientation
 Excellent motivational skills
 Willingness to travel
 Good knowledge of German and English (add. Eastern European lang. preferred)
