Your core activities
Development of cross-program, cross-country and cross-departmental
communication & organizational change strategies, campaigns & execution
Create, maintain, and improve digital “drive” within core organization
Support digital projects as communication & change expert
Find ways to promote our digital transformation internally & externally
Prepare & organize trainings & presentations for users (online and face-to-face
seminars)
Identify, transform & present digital content relevant for our organization
Think out of the box & use latest technologies for mentioned activities
Be the “glue” for digital project teams
Your profile:
2+ years' experience defining and implementing organization change strategies
Young, ambitious & reliable personality
Interested in learning on the job
People “connector”
Friendly demeanour, independent way of working, ability to work in a team and
service orientation
Excellent motivational skills
Willingness to travel
Good knowledge of German and English (add. Eastern European lang. preferred)
