Community & Content Growth

Build and manage active online communities across multiple platforms
•
Partnership with existing parenting communities: Work with Baby Chakra, Moms presso, The Baby Destination, and regional Facebook groups for cross-posting donation stories. Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels etc
•
Develop organic, content-led strategies posts, videos, carousels, regional content
•
Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance credibility
Website Management & SEO
•
Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment
•
Collaborate with developers and designers for UX and content improvements
Analytics & Insights
•
Measure digital performance across social and web platforms
•
Use analytics tools to refine content, community, and SEO strategies
Must-Have Skills
•
Experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO and in email or Whatsapp campaigns
