Job Description
Responsibility
- Objective: To entirely manage the Digital channels of the company namely:
- XXX Websites
- XXX Facebook Pages
- XXX Twitter Pages
- XXX Mobile Applications
- Any other channels related to Social Media
- Strategize and develop long term Roadmaps for XXX Social Media & Website with the Social Media team and ensure timely implementation
- To be an admin of our social media channels and generate management reports in terms of progress, likes, engagement generation, etc
- To be responsible for generating more content for our Social media channels via liaison with agency and a weekly/monthly content plan
- To be responsible for any new project developments related to Digital Marketing
- Responsible for online tactical campaign execution across the digital platforms of XXX.
- Ensure all digital advertising is in-line with Saudi MCI regulations to avoid and complaint and penalties
- Responsible for advertising on websites and to track performance by demanding reports from agencies.
- Track, report and monitor leads generated from digital and push them to sales to convert.
- Updating of the Digital platforms from time to time
- Liaison with our agency to develop new initiatives for Social Media to keep the page engaging and lively.
- Liaison with Marketing Managers to keep the social media channels updated with campaigns, PR and latest trends.
- Training, monitoring and development of the Social Media specialists
- Regular meetings with Social Media Specialists for reporting, updates and idea generations.
- Monitor Social media pages for any critical issues which need management intervention, immediate feedback and actions
- Assist in developing social media processes and implement
- Study and improve the social media process chart on a timely basis
- Close coordination with departments in order to resolve any immediate responses on Social Media (crisis management)
- Assist in Development and upgrading of our Mobile applications
- Utilize effectively the social media engagement and analyzing tools in order to plan and organize content, assign tasks to social media team and also prepare reports for social media.
- Developing awareness campaigns to propagate our mobile applications and their usage.
- Ensure XXX website is up to date with all campaigns, press releases, showroom locations, contacts, live chats, information, pictures, vehicle profiles, etc
- Liaison with XXX IT team and our agency in any new development projects, website upgrades, standardization, etc
- Responsible for any new website related projects like appointment automation, modular developments, etc.
- Responsible for generating statistical reports for the website to monitor traffic, trends, improvements on pages, etc
- Responsible for implementing Search Engine Optimization to increase XXX website awareness and search results.
- Ensure coverage of all XXX events under the digital umbrella
- Study other automotive/industry related social media channels to be updated with new trends and executions
Qualifications Requirements:
- Strategy and analytical skills to formulate the Digital Plans
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (marketing, social media, ecommerce)
- Min 2 year Social Media experience is a must
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Power point and excel skills
