Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative digital campaigns, driving online presence, and ensuring the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.
ROLES & RESPONSILBILITIES:
- Devise and implement comprehensive performance marketing and growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including SEO and SEM.
- Drive growth initiatives through innovative and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEM, paid social, and display advertising.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis for SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and control advertising spending for SEO and SEM campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of 8+ years in performance marketing, SEO, and SEM, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with budget management and achieving measurable ROI.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, and SEM technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
