Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns in-house, covering SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and others.
- Develop, implement, and refine multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve ROI.
- Manage all aspects of paid campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and A/B testing.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media to ensure alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
- Perform data analysis and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Technology, Sales, CRM) to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional digital marketing certifications are optional but will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns independently, without agency support.
- Proven track record of successfully executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels in-house.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering campaigns with measurable ROI.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and backlink building.
- Experience with social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, TikTok and X, including paid advertising.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ZOHO CRM, and experience in building and optimizing automated workflows.
- Skilled in using content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and understanding basic HTML/CSS for website management.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and split testing to continually improve performance.
Soft Skills:
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and addressing campaign inefficiencies.
- Clear and effective communicator with the ability to present complex data and campaign results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically and tactically in developing and optimizing campaigns.
Additional Requirements:

- Experience with B2B or B2C digital marketing depending on the company’s focus.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment or working in smaller teams where independent execution was required.
