Job description:

• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent academic qualifications (ideally a bachelor’s or Masters in a field related to communications or marketing) OR Bachelor’s in Civil or Architecture.
• Strong digital and social media expertise including a good understanding of performance driven digital and social media campaigns and relevant KPIs (e.g. engagement, lead generation etc).
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Hands-on experience working with PR and communications agencies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and driving PR and communications campaigns, executing proactive communications initiatives.
• Strong oral and written communications skills, with a demonstrated record of writing communications materials (messaging, Q&A, statements, etc.) in Arabic, French & English.
• Demonstrated experience making recommendations to colleagues or clients - someone with the judgement and confidence to suggest improvements on the campaign and program performance. Excellent ownership skills and high level of drive and initiative and a true self-starter.
• Well-organized and attentive to detail, adept at managing projects large and small.
• A team-builder and collaborator.
• Evidence of an outstanding ability to build strong, durable networks.
