Digital Marketing Specialist
The Role
-Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Marketing Department accelerating Company’s qualified audience base and increasing conversion.
-conduct comprehensive, technical SEO audits and create in-depth SEO strategies for implementation and continuous optimisation most prominent brands.
Key Responsibilities
-Creating comprehensive and effective SEO strategies, closely aligned to overarching marketing objectives.
- Maintain and monitor CRM activities (using Active Campaign).
-Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including website (home page and top level sections), social networking, landing pages and mobile.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, campaign and CRM reporting.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications to define campaign target audiences, objectives and help to produce assets and activities required to drive engagement, demand and lead generation.
-Assist the Head of Marketing with the roll out of strategic marketing messages and personas e.g. the need for awareness, lead gen and nurture.
- Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social media, PPC, advertising, events,webinars etc. to deliver qualified, converting leads.
-Create creative promotional campaigns using automation features
-Tracking and reporting of all campaigns, providing key insights to maximise effectiveness against overall marketing objectives
- Co-ordinate how-to video audio visual programme including video organization, upload to YouTube
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing and/or Graphics related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within a High Tech or B2B industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEM Rush and Office365.
-Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data and to implement targeted marketing tactics to drive web traffic.
- Proven experience in site migrations, maintaining website, using CMS and managing web developers and web design agency relationships.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing software as Active Campaign, Hubspot, SalesForce, GetResponse, etc.
Other Valuable Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), HTML, HTML 5, CSS is highly valuated.
- Additional qualification in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, DaVinci Resolve, Framemaker,DreamWeaver or similar tools is a plus
- Experience in producing catalogs – knowledge of InDesign Plug-in Easy Catalog a plus
-A keen eye for visual design, with experience in considering the end-user
