Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage PPC, SEO, SEM, display and social media advertising
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of website content (in all languages)
- Implementing visual concepts for promotional activities
- Management of all digital assets, which includes using digital management software to maintain assets
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company by tracking the website traffic flow
- Implement and analyze performance metrics for digital marketing performance tracking
- Manage the digital marketing calendar
You are expected to effectively
- Drive implementation of Acquia Drupal CMS and DAM strategy for the Enclosures segment product brands
- Manage own product brand representation on the main website, optimize online engagements on global websites (including non-English pages), and report monthly usage statistics
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Implement overall SEO strategy for the own product brand and main website, and edit web copy for SEO optimization
- Support campaign specialists in the execution of integrated digital campaigns and collaborate with / educate them to develop SEO / SEM activities and the related reporting
- Assist Platform Marketing and Business Communications Specialists with research, development, and execution of Google AdWords campaigns
- Manage Analytics/data analysis and UTM tagging (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and A/B testing
- Support website integrations and content migration with new partnerships and acquisitions
- Manage and track monthly expenses and forecasts relating to the Marketing Communications/Web budget, as applicable
- Standardize processes to manage leads in Marketo, as they are related to brand websites (lead generation, lead nurturing, reporting)
- Maintain the Storytelling tool content and the creation of new instances, based on Program Marketing’s input
- Assist with the creation of email and landing page templates for marketing automation in lead generation campaigns
- Continue to develop detailed user documentation for business processes and related applications, conduct new-user training and provide support. Also, engage with IT business analysts for process optimization and new platform selection and migration
- Support marketing leaders with additional duties as required and serve as a marketing ambassador
You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- 5+ year’s marketing experience in a digital environment working in a matrixed organization or agency required
- Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing (funnel) and e-commerce processes
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, ideally Agile Project Management experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo etc.)
- Knowledge and experience working with CMS and DAM (Acquia Drupal, etc.)
- Basic HTLM / CSS knowledge
- Working knowledge of web UX, design, and layout best practices
- Knowledge and experience working with AI Search Software (Coveo)
- Current knowledge of e-commerce trends for B2B and B2C organizations
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau)
- Skills to recognize strategic implications of issues and convert them into proposals and solutions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to get the point across clearly and concisely and present technical information in easily understood terms
- Ideally Agile Project Management experience
- Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments
- Coordinate work with other groups (other depts. and agencies/contractors, peers) in multiple time zones
- Handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Strong process development and documentation skills
- Ability to stay current on new technologies and emerging trends in the digital space
- Ability to work energetically, positively, and tenaciously with minimal supervision
