Overview:

• The post-holder will work as part of the team delivering the Digital Transformation Programme.

• The person will be responsible for digital ecosystem using latest technological capabilities.

• Will understand business, process and technology and will create digital solution by coordinating with various stake holders

• He/ She has to work towards using technology for user experience enhancement, process simplification, efficiency enhancement, cost optimization and business quality enhancement.

• The incumbent will have to identify pain areas and find technological and procedural solutions. He/ she will study current systems and processes and works towards optimization of the same.

• Act as the key interface between the end users and various stakeholders they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Understand current systems and processes and create digital solution to lead the transformation

• Interaction with various business and process stakeholder to understand their requirement

• Concept note creation

• Creation of detailed business requirement and sign off (Functional, process and High level technical specs)

• Creation of flow diagram for user journeys, process flow diagram, data flow, High level technical diagram

• Work with design agency to map and create UX/UI for digital assets

• Get understanding of technical architecture created by architecture team

• Engage with delivery team to ensure delivery of the requirement

• Work with a team of testers to create Test Beds

• Lead UAT and user sign off effort

• Plan for deployment in collaboration with IT team

• Be responsible for usage adoption of digital assets (Training, MIS, Governance)

• End to end ownership for the project undertaken and manage required engagement and governance

• Post go live monitoring and usage drive

• Understanding of contemporary and forthcoming technologies

• Understanding of web as well as mobility platforms

• Top level understanding of various layers (Frontend, Business layer, Services, Data etc.) of digital assets and the interplay

• Understanding of crore systems like Admin system, CRM, Business Process Management platform, Doc Management platforms, Rule Engines, APIs, EDW & Analytics, etc.

• Understand latest UI/UX design practices

• Project management

• UAT management, Testing Automation

• Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, DX, in-vision, Visio etc.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience of successfully leading medium to large-scale projects through all stages of project life-cycle

• Experience of leading multiple projects at different stages, concurrently

• Experience of managing and working on complex cross-functional projects

• Experience of creating User journey and creation of visual designs

• Experience of deriving adoption of tech platform across users

Education:

BBA/ BCA/ BTech/ BE  MBA/ MCA (Good pedigree preffered)
