Your mission will be to drive measurable growth in digital acquisition, conversion and revenue across all relevant digital channels for corporate banking products and services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution discipline. You will not just optimize funnels. You will help build the future of digital sales.
Digital Sales Strategy & Execution
- Own and implement the end-to-end digital sales strategy for corporate banking products and services, including: business accounts, lending products, cards, payment solutions, ancillary banking services
- Drive measurable growth in: digital acquisition, conversion rates, digital sales volumes, revenue contribution
- Define performance targets and KPIs across all digital touchpoints and continuously optimize results.
Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior, sales funnel performance and digital interaction patterns to identify: friction points, conversion leaks, upsell / cross-sell opportunities, retention improvement areas
- Drive continuous optimization of the digital customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention.
Campaign Management & Commercial Growth
- Partner closely with Marketing to design and launch high-performing digital campaigns.
- Own: targeting logic, segmentation, personalization strategies, performance tracking
- Translate data into commercial action.
Data Analytics & Personalization
- Leverage behavioral data and customer interaction insights to improve offer relevance and campaign efficiency.
- Support micro-segmentation and highly personalized commercial journeys.
Automation & Digitalization
- Identify and lead automation opportunities within digital sales processes.
- Reduce manual effort, increase speed and improve scalability.
- Translate commercial insights into product and technology requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with: Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, Technology
- Act as the voice of digital sales performance in strategic discussions.
- Influence decisions through data and business insight.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone with a builder mindset. Someone who sees opportunity where others see ambiguity. Someone who can create structure where none exists.You likely bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales, digital growth, digital product or acquisition-focused roles
- strong experience in banking, fintech, e-commerce or digital-native environments
- expertise in digital acquisition, engagement, conversion and customer journey optimization
- strong analytical and commercial mindset
- experience working with digital funnels, campaign performance and behavioral segmentation
- ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- team management experience is a plus, not mandatory
- advanced English
Relevant backgrounds may include industries such as banking, any major fintech or digital commercial players.
