Desired Candidate Profile:

• Deep expertise in leading digital transformations and digital assets/products managements for fast paced retail BFSI companies.    
• Excellent understanding of lending business operations and exposure to application of modern digital technology frameworks such as AI, ML, RPA, Analytics, Data Lake, Cloud, etc. in the lending business
• Experience in building digital products and customer journeys using platforms like salesforce.com will be highly beneficial.  
• Strong project and program management expertise and hands on experience in managing projects using Agile and Waterfall models.
• Good vendor management skills right form selection, contracting and governance for the end-to-end delivery of projects/ solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital and technology transformation initiatives for the company
• Perform continuous research and actively promote leveraging of new-age technology solutions/tools which deliver business value to advance the company on technology innovation path,Drive technology innovation and process reengineering discussions with business stakeholders and users based on design thinking approach.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendor ecosystems and business users to effectively deliver the solutions.
• Manage objective evaluation of vendors, contracting, onboarding and governances for the transformation projects.   
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of various transformation projects.
