Lead enterprise-wide Manufacturing Digital Transformation initiatives across global pharmaceutical and API manufacturing operations with a focus on Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Hyperautomation, AI-led operational excellence, and digital manufacturing capabilities.

Drive large-scale transformation programs encompassing manufacturing process optimization, plant digitization, IT-OT convergence, automation, analytics, and organization-wide change management initiatives to deliver significant operational and EBITDA impact.
