What you should know?

• Creating a GoToMarket plan for diversified set of Fibre Categories with clear distinction in terms of New Market penetration, Existing market growth and key accounts handling

• Structuring a scalable system utilizing and collaborating with tech and product teams to create innovative solutions and generate more adoption.

• Generate profits while scaling rapidly. You would need to think about seasonality of the crops, current market pricing trends, stabilizing the price fluctuations and generate curiosity amongst your stakeholders base.

• This position will require you to be super active on field, with a down to earth attitude to be able to work with farmers and yarn manufacturers alike

• Handling Warehouse Operations, logistics and reducing wastage across the supply chain while utilizing tech to create cost efficiency.

Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture

• At least 15 years of experience

• Business, planning and financial management skills

• Experience of working with Top Management 

• Excellent  verbal and written communications skills
