- Director Engineering - We Require only Female candidates
- 14-18 years’ experience
- People Manager – 5 DR ( span of 100 indirect includes on roll & off rolls)

- Performed a full life cycle including MIS & Automation
- Depth in technical skills
- Ability to deliver & exposure to full life cycle of applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders – all businesses
- Build with current & new vendors with confidentiality
- Help build solutions internally – an architect to strategize
- Built applications
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday & SuccessFactors
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS & automation
- Analytical, well versed with Cloud
- Industry experience – service industry/BFSI
