Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Electrical Department, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure its efficient functioning and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that align with the overall company's vision and strategy.
• Drive the growth of the Electrical Department by identifying market trends, exploring new opportunities, and developing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Director-level position within the electrical industry in a reputed firm.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and improving electrical departments, driving growth, and delivering results.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles, standards, and practices.
