Requirements

• MBA with a degree in the related field
• 3 or more years of management experience at the regional level as a regional head or city head.
• At least 3 years of experience working in operations or P&L management.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience working with B2B partners (MNCs)
• Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds.
• Commitment to quality care and learning in the ECCE sector.

 Responsibilities

• Oversee all centre operations and be responsible for their optimal performance in sales, cost, people, operations and quality care and learning (curriculum)
• Responsible for the branch administrative functions in collaboration with center managers and other departments
• Ensure operations at centre level are in line with company governed SOPs and safety is not compromised.
• Support the hiring and training needs of all centre staff.
• Orient and continually train and develop people including professional development plans.
• Work with the HR team to identify and support innovative recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Support the development, management, and monitoring of the centres’ budgets in one’ region.
• Approves all centres’ budgets while striving to meet or exceed annual budget targets.
• Expand and grow the business in the region at the rate expected by the company.
• Represents and promotes the company’s values and goals among the centre staff, all stakeholders.
• Develops positive working relationships with other similar organizations, businesses, and governmental entities.
