Requirements
- MBA with a degree in the related field
- 3 or more years of management experience at the regional level as a regional head or city head.
- At least 3 years of experience working in operations or P&L management.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience working with B2B partners (MNCs)
- Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds.
- Commitment to quality care and learning in the ECCE sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all centre operations and be responsible for their optimal performance in sales, cost, people, operations and quality care and learning (curriculum)
- Responsible for the branch administrative functions in collaboration with center managers and other departments
- Ensure operations at centre level are in line with company governed SOPs and safety is not compromised.
- Support the hiring and training needs of all centre staff.
- Orient and continually train and develop people including professional development plans.
- Work with the HR team to identify and support innovative recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Support the development, management, and monitoring of the centres’ budgets in one’ region.
- Approves all centres’ budgets while striving to meet or exceed annual budget targets.
- Expand and grow the business in the region at the rate expected by the company.
- Represents and promotes the company’s values and goals among the centre staff, all stakeholders.
- Develops positive working relationships with other similar organizations, businesses, and governmental entities.
