We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented candidates to assist in opening new areas of expansion. The candidate should have deep analytical experience across the strategy divisions of growth stage start-ups or established companies to create executable strategies that improve the overall business performance and profitability.

What will you Work on?

• Develop role as strategic  partner and advisor across ongoing initiatives

• Researching the marketplace to identify trends and new opportunities for growth

• Lead in formulating the group strategy and future expansion plans (vision and implementation plans)

• Prepare feasibility studies for all projects and collate and coordinate all elements/resources of projects in the project planning phase

• In line with the directives, coordinate with the higher-level management to improve the prioritization of projects and resources

• Work with various Business Units to plan, shape, and deliver multiple strategic projects in the domain. Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for growth within their respective areas of responsibility

• Opportunity to lead growth efforts on behalf of a high-value organization

• Opportunity to help existing businesses with their ongoing growth and development challenges, providing a respected strategic advisory service

• Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share and improve brand recognition.

• Recommending changes to current strategies to improve performance

• Analyzing data to identify potential risks and opportunities within the marketplace

• Serve as internal consultant, for key business leaders in vetting strategic ideas

• Coach and develop Strategy team members

• Provide light project management with an emphasis on iterative or agile methodologies

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience

• Worked across process optimisation before

• Strong ability to Identifying gaps & solutioning 

• Strong Networking Skills

• Hardcore generalists or specialists in relevant domains

• Experience in strategic planning/implementation.

• Highly numerate and analytic

• Proven ability to present persuasively at a senior level
