You shall, under the guidance of your Reporting Officer, perform the following duties:

• Lead the rating teams pan-India.
• Build and mentor the rating team at various locations.
• Provide guidance to the rating team regularly.
• Analyze counterparty credit risk.
• Assess past and future financial statements.
• Conduct industry studies and prepare research reports.
• Perform peer benchmarking studies.
• Ensure proper talent management within the rating team.
• Support the rating team during presentations before the external Rating Committee.
• Ensure timely release of ratings on the website and to the Press, Stock Exchange, NSDL, etc.
• Conduct periodic and annual reviews of all outstanding ratings.
• Monitor economic and corporate developments and initiate appropriate rating actions.
• Manage all regulatory requirements related to ratings.
• Periodically review and develop new rating criteria, if required.
• Oversee MIS related to rating activities.
• Conduct rating migration studies.

• Monitor and mitigate risks related to data and information security.
