Job Responsibilities:
● Define and implement Supply growth expansion & Retention strategy in line with the Business plan.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
● Build and manage relationships, timely resolution of grievances, with homeowners & all associated stakeholders
● Build a strategy to improve the CAC for homes and TAT to make homes live.
● Responsible for P&L for the function & periodic reporting’s.
Required Skills:
● Currently driving an Annual Business Revenue of 200+ crores. Displays a user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owners, and employees.
● Good in client management and negotiation skills, polished in written and verbal communication
● Led a team size of 50 + team members, Hands on with ability to build a team from scratch.
● Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement.
● Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic, fast paced working environment.
● Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
● Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
