Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the Cardiovascular Services Department.
• Develop and manage the department's annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of departmental staff with the authority to hire, fire, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing, Radiology, or Cardiovascular Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Services.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a related healthcare field.
• Must hold a current Texas State License or certification from AART, ACVT, or RCIS.
