This role involves comprehensive management of the department and overseeing the provision of cardiovascular services to patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the Cardiovascular Services Department.
- Develop and manage the department's annual operating and capital budgets.
- Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of departmental staff with the authority to hire, fire, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing, Radiology, or Cardiovascular Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Services.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a related healthcare field.
- Must hold a current Texas State License or certification from AART, ACVT, or RCIS.
