Director Demand Generation - UK or USA based
Do you want to work for a fast growing entrepreneurial, international company. Have you lead sales and marketing teams to increase Software as a Service (SaaS) market share to large, global brands? We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Director that has a passion for technology and can drive growth for the company globally.
You will be responsible for defining and executing an effective, growth-driven, full-funnel PLG (Product Lead-Growth) demand generation strategy. A strategy you will update with data-driven decisions. You will generate impactful, end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver results to penetrate target markets. You’ll own the budget, quarterly strategic objectives, and key results while helping create a company-wide understanding of your demand generation efforts through regular reporting. You'll define the Account Based Marketing strategies and execution plans which includes working with various ABM tools.
Key responsibilities
Develop a data-driven PLG marketing strategy and performance-based demand generation campaigns to drive new business and expand the existing install base to generate the opportunities and pipeline needed to achieve the company’s annual revenue target.
Own execution of the associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver. Define key demand metrics that directly relate to revenue objectives.
Build initiatives to leverage multiple channels and tactics, such as webinars, events, email, social, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication that generates a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as an efficient way to drive demand.
Own programs and processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales/lead development team.
Create and maintain funnel model for the company. Produce regular reports on performance against targets.
Your background
You've got 8 years of experience in SaaS marketing with a demonstrated career progression in digital demand generation.
You have an expert understanding of PLG demand generation funnels and metrics.
Your innovative demand generation campaigns and programs have successfully developed and grown pipelines to scale company growth.
You’ve got a strong skill set in account-based marketing, lead generation, SEM, SEO, and in email, social, digital, and content marketing, and sales automation systems.
You’re comfortable partnering with Sales to help drive the pipeline.
You like to make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and determine future investments.
