Key Responsibilities (tentative):

1.GSE Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive GSE sales in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, airlines, airports, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest GSE product trends and developments.

2. ​​​​​​Industry Expertise:

• Leverage current industry connections to create new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Airport Ground Handling Industry and Airport Operations in KSA and the Middle East.
• Maintain knowledge of Ground Support Equipment manufacturers and their products

3. Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to the GSE sales team.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, coaching, and change management.
• Motivate and resolve issues effectively within the team.

4. Technical Competence:

• Possess technical knowledge of Ground Support Equipment Maintenance processes and procedures (an asset).
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

5. Communication and Organization:

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain organized sales records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (an asset).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or certification as a Professional Engineer (an asset).
• Proven experience in GSE sales within the aviation industry.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid work planning skills and openness to process improvements.
• Proficiency in common office software applications (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Willing to travel within GCC countries
