Candidate Profile – Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Political Science or related field.
10 years of professional government and telecommunications experience in EU government or related entity
Deep understanding of legislative, regulatory, policymaking, and political processes
Solid experience in technology policy and regulatory areas
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to correlate technology issues with relevant policy matters
Strong problem solving skills -Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

Main Missions and Responsibilities

Advance Company Mobile’s business interests and expand growth opportunities through advocacy, education, and engagement at all government levels
Cultivate Company as a trusted pioneer and thought leader in 5G, Open RAN and cloud native telecom network with government stakeholders and policy influencers
Identify and analyze political, legislative, and policy trends to help inform business decisions, develop policy positions, and advance Company Mobile’s business objectives and initiatives
Build material for internal and external publication
Cover relevant hearings, and attend trade association meetings and provide write-ups of key takeaways and implications for Company Mobile’s business interests
Develop and manage relationships with all relevant government agencies and staff on relevant issues
