This strategic role involves leading technology assessments, integrating medical devices, and managing operations and compliance within the healthcare technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and strategic direction of the HTM program, setting both short and long-term goals.
- Oversee technology assessments, medical device integration, and operations management.
- Manage risks, ensure security compliance, and handle vendor and contract negotiations.
- Develop and maintain service delivery plans, and motivate and lead the HTM team at the facility.
- Ensure alignment with overall corporate goals and objectives and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with facility teams and vendors, enhancing program effectiveness.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and exceed regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare technology management, including direct management of medical equipment and technology programs.
- In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State requirements).
- Proven management and leadership skills at a directorial level.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and technology requirements.
