• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in Fruits and Vegetables (F&V) category across geographies.
•  Overall sales leader responsible for revenue growth and profitability targets.
•  Own the business: manage the PL, cashflow, develop new business models, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them. Agriculture. 
•  Maintaining keen understanding of industry trends affecting emerging businesses and make appropriate recommendations regarding new business hotspots and new opportunities.
•  Create a network of Agents, Distributors, Pack Houses, Logistics partners across major trade routes consumption centers.
•  Develop deep and long-standing relationships with customers - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical point of view.
•  Have an in-depth knowledge of competition and vendors and ability to influence the market.
•  Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions.
•  Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals.

What we are looking for:

•  Prior experience in Fresh produce/ F&V is must.
• 15+ years of experience in exports and international sales of Agribusiness/ Agri commodities, etc.
• Understanding of the entire value chain of Agri exports and has network of stakeholders at each step
• Large PL management experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously.
•  A go getter attitude with strong result orientation.
•  A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place
