Hiring a Director of Growth Operations / Sales (USA) for a niche scale-up IT Services and Digital solutions provider.

Role & responsibilities:
- Sell offerings and solutions related to outsourced product development, Analytics and AI / ML, digital engineering, quality assurance and allied areas.
- Meet business and sales goals with full accountability for month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter forecasting and performance targeting the US mid-cap segment
- Ownership of revenue generation as per the given target
- Closely collaborate with the sales support, telesales, and marketing team
- Work in the front line to drive growth, achieve targets and bring in new logos
- Keep up to date the market trends across the US and Identify and report on business opportunities and trends
- Have a strategy and plan in place to nurture and build a strong pipeline
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
Candidate requirements:
- Possess 8 to 12 years of sales experience
- Prior experience in working with the mid-market segment
- Must have experience working with enterprise customers
- Thorough understanding of the US landscape, business drifts and accurately forecasting revenue
- Familiar with the progressive tech landscape
- Familiar with outsourcing/offshoring business model
- Have a track record of building business to scale and revenue generation
- Must have experience in expanding existing accounts (mining)
- Proven ability to make small conversations and build relationships
- Be able to take Initiative, drive targets and be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning, listening, and articulation are important for one to succeed.
