DIRECTOR OF IT

The Director of IT will report to the Group CEO and will be responsible for strategic Management of the IT area for the whole group (more than one Luxury Hotel) and for a digital transformation project. The position will bel based in Lombardy.
 

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all the IT Infrastructure and Applications and related projects
• Management of an internal IT Team and outsourcers
• Analysing the actual IT structure and the processes and defining transformation initiatives to implement
• Owning a budget for IT projects
• Project and Service Management
• Strategic management of a Digital Transformation process
• Search and selection of new IT resources

Profile:

• IT Technical background
• Deep experience in IT Management/Direction, IT Project management
• Experience in team management
• Experience in the Hospitality, or either in luxury goods environments
• Good knowledge of English
