Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities for growth, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
- Manage and enhance the company’s brand reputation through effective storytelling, strategic partnerships, and high-impact campaigns.
Campaign & Digital Marketing Management
- Design, launch, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and maximize ROI.
- Drive content marketing strategies that enhance engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools to optimize online presence and conversion rates.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Allocate resources effectively and provide guidance on marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and guest services, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Partnerships & Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional agreements that drive brand growth and guest acquisition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial objectives.
- Track expenses, analyze financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Guest Experience & Engagement
- Collaborate with guest services and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives enhance the overall guest experience.
- Develop strategies to increase guest engagement, retention, and satisfaction through personalized marketing and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and emerging hospitality trends.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
